Katrina is a passionate vinyasa practitioner and teacher, she has practiced yoga for 7 years and has recently completed her teacher training to become a 200hr yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance International. Katrina teaches an energising and dynamic vinyasa flow class with focus on slow-paced strength building, inversions and arm balances. Beginner and intermediate classes are available. Beginner’s classes are very laid-back and friendly, no previous yoga or fitness experience is required as classes will be tailored to your ability with modifications given throughout.
