General Class – Thursdays 9:00-10:00 10:15-11:15 Strengthen and lengthen your body whilst calming your mind. Challenge the core and find an inner strength. mprove posture, balance and coordination through functional movement patterns. Multi level – adaptions and progressions offered throughout

Gentle Class – Fridays 11:00-12:00 Find peace and inner strength. Develop core muscles whilst protecting your body’s weaker areas. Improve posture, balance and coordination through functional movement patterns. Slower pace than the general class.

Beginners Class – Friday 12:15-13:15 A short course aimed at learning the fundamentals of Pilates. Developing breathing patterns and linking them to the movement patterns. Focus on feeling the activation of muscles before challenging them further. Aimed at complete beginners or refreshers that would like a little reminder of why they used to love it!
