Gentle Class – Fridays 11:00-12:00 –  Find peace and inner strength. Develop core muscles whilst protecting your body’s weaker areas. Improve posture, balance and coordination through functional movement patterns. Slower pace than the general class.

Happy Bones – Fridays 12:15-13:15Suitable for clients who have bone health issues that need a few more modifications to enjoy Pilates. Weight baring exercise plan to keep bones strong and healthy whilst improving balance, mobility, flexibility and maintaining good core strength along with relaxation & breath work.
