Ingvild is a Pilates instructor from Norway with a strong foundation in dance, primarily ballet. Ingvilds appreciation for the classical Pilates method comes from its emphasis on technique, precision, and mindful movement. She welcomes people of all backgrounds and fitness levels, supporting each individual in building strength, body awareness, and alignment. Through thoughtful, intentional movement, Invilds goal is to improve posture, enhance freedom of movement in everyday life, and help add long-term value, resilience, and longevity to the body.
