James is a practicing NHS GP with over 15 years experience working on the frontline of the NHS and Wim Hof Method (WHM) Instructor based in Norwich. He came to the method as a sceptical stressed doctor who couldn’t get out of his own head and struggle. After his first WHM fundamentals session with an instructor his mind was completely blown and opened to a new way of living and thinking.
