Ed brings a wealth of experience having worked in elite rugby for the last 16 years as an osteopath and injury rehabilitation specialist.  During his time in sport, Ed has further developed his knowledge and understanding of human performance and health by studying with world leaders in coaching, breath work, holistic health, Indo-Tibetan teachings & contemplative psychology.  Ed brings a unique perspective and approach to guiding people towards living a more vibrant and fulfilling life utilising a variety of tools.
