Ania has been practising and teaching yoga for over 25 years, rooted in classical Hatha and Kundalini traditions and years of study in India. With extensive experience in therapeutic and remedial bodywork, she brings a rich understanding of the body to her teaching. Her sessions weave mindful asana, breath awareness, and subtle energy work to cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner stillness. Gentle, heartfelt, and accessible to all, Ania offers a welcoming space for both newcomers and seasoned practitioners to rest, deepen, and belong. After the class, everyone is welcome to join Ania at the café to connect over a cuppa and enjoy uplifting conversation together
