Talitha is a certified LYT Yoga instructor, functional movement specialist, and energy healer with a background in Exercise Science & Kinesiology. After recovering from knee surgery through functional yoga, she was able to return to competitive tennis and became passionate about helping others move pain-free. Her energizing, core-focused vinyasa flow improves mobility, rewires movement patterns, and builds strength for everyday life. With an emphasis on alignment and efficiency, Talitha’s classes relieve tension, prevent injuries, and enhance overall well-being. Each session ends with a grounding meditation, leaving you feeling restored, centered, and refreshed.
