I am a hatha and vinyasa yoga teacher and have been practicing yoga for over 8 years. I fell in love with the beauty, strength and stability of asana practice, intentional movement and breath, pranayama, meditation and self-study through reflection. I believe yoga is for everybody and every body, and it goes far deeper than the physical practice. I enjoy exploring the subtle/emotional body alongside the physical body to journey inwards and understand who we are, our purpose and our essence. My teaching aims to make yoga accessible and inclusive through modifications and variations, whilst connecting with ourselves spiritually and emotionally.
