Ellie has been practicing Yoga for over 15 years, she was first introduced to Yoga in childhood and came back to the practise in her late teens as a form of therapeutic medicine to help rebalance and heal an autoimmune illness. She has since continued on her Yoga journey by training to teach both children and adults. Ellie is passionate to share her deep affinity of Yin Yoga and its ability to bring a sense of peace and harmony. Using long held postures, breathing techniques, calming music and a soothing voice to guide, she uses the practise of Yin Yoga as an invitation to take a deep look within oneself.
